Pickers primarily work in e-commerce and warehousing. Their job is to accurately select products from inventory according to customer orders and prepare them for packing.
Locating products in the warehouse using order picking lists or handheld scanners.
Ensuring the correct quantity and type of items are selected.
Transporting the picked goods to the packing station.
Helping to maintain inventory accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of warehouse layouts and inventory systems (like scanners).
Good physical stamina for walking and standing.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
